All our jewelry is custom-made according to your choices. Here is some information you might be interested in.

Breast milk jewelry is a special stone that is handmade from mother's breast milk, preservation powder and two-component resin. The breast milk stone can be made from pure milk or you can add locks of children's hair, ashes, Swarovski crystals or other inclusions.

Turn out time is 3-5 months.

I'm very grateful that I can do this hobby from home, but the children are the priority.

I understand if this doesn't suit you and maybe it's not a very entrepreneurial style in your eyes, but this is my pace so not to burn out as a person, mother and entrepreneur ❤.

It is always possible to order a piece of jewelry as an express order. Then the piece will be ready in 3-4 weeks, depending on whether I have the desired piece of jewelry blank in stock or not. If not then the silversmith will start making it.

Express orders are available for an additional fee.

If you would like to receive the jewelry by a specific date, such as a child's birthday, please write this information in order info and I recommend asking me about 3 weeks before the desired date to see how far is the order.

But to be sure that the jewelry will reach you by the desired date, please select express order.

For breast milk jewelry we need 15ml of milk. The absolute minimum is 10ml.

15ml will make about 6-10 pieces of jewelry.

For keepsake jewelry with ashes I ask to send me about 1/2 teaspoon.

The breast milk does not have to be fresh. I have made jewelry with 4 years old milk from freezer. The only condition for spoiled milk that I can't use are visible specks of mold.

Breast milk from the freezer should be thawed beforehand and made sure that the breast milk storage bag you are sending the milk in has not been damaged. Before sending, release excess air from the packaging (breast milk storage bag).

Unfortunately, I will not notify you separately when the milk arrives. I will only notify you if there is not a drop of milk left in the package. Fortunately, this has only happened few times.

Please keep the postage tracking code when sending the milk so you can check yourself if the package with milk and inclusions has arrived to me.

The hair locks should be at least 2cm long. If they are not that long, I can manage with shorter ones, but then please include more hair. If the hair is light blonde, it will disappear into the white background, but that does not change the fact that the hair is in the jewelry. It is better to include more hair than less, then I have more room to play when crafting. You can put the strands in a ziplock bag or for example in a matchbox. Be sure to label your loved ones hair with your first name and surname.

If you have several children and several ziplock bags, please tape them together or put them in an envelope. Please try to find a ziplock bag that is not 1cm x 1cm in size. When opening the packages, which is sometimes excessively overtaped, I simply may not notice the tiny ziplock bag. I open dozens of packages at once.

Test for light hair

Find a waterproof white surface. Place a small amount of the hair you would like to use in your jewelry on the surface. Cover the hair locks with water. This is exactly how the hair locks will stay in your jewelry, under a layer of clear epoxy resin. By using brunette and blonde hair locks in the same breast milk stone and asking them to mix together, the brunette hair will remain dominant.

Please label both the breast milk and the inclusions with your first name and surname (not your children's name). If you forget, please write your name on the postage package and write to me immediately. Breast milk and inclusions without a label will have to be resent.

There are three ways to deliver milk to me.

1. I will send you a small container to collect the milk, which you can fill with your breast milk (15ml) and send back to me. Postage will be added. Local, Estonia only.

2. You can send me your breast milk yourself, for example in a syringe, which you can get from an pharmacy for a few cents (then put the needle part with the cap on and tape it against the syringe) or in a breast milk storage bag. A regular ziplock bag is not suitable for sending breast milk, it will leak 100%. There have also been leaks with baby puree jars and urine sample cups.

3. You can deliver your breast milk to my home in Tapa, Estonia to the Picapac parcel machine in front of the house.

I will not return processed milk or other inclusions. I will only return the ashes and hair of the deceased. The preserved breast milk will remain in the PISI EHE archive, from which more jewelry can be made in the future if desired. I will not archive hair, only preserved breast milk.

If you do not want your breast milk to remain in the PISI EHE archive, please let me know in your order info and I will destroy your preserved milk.

No need to send your milk again.

To create a new piece of jewelry I will use your preserved breast milk you sent me the first time. All breast milk sent to me is in PISI EHE archive, labeled with customer name.

The new piece of jewelry (silver) with already preserved breastmilk, will be -7% off the full price.

PISI EHE jewelry is the only keepsake jewelry brand in Estonia whose jewelry is 100% made in Estonia, including the jewelry blanks. All blanks are made according to my drawings. Or yours if you want to make a custom design.

The jewelry is made of 925 Argentium silver and is 100% from recycled silver. Argentium silver is slightly lighter in appearance than regular sterling silver. It is also stronger and less prone to oxidation.

The jewelry has the required hallmark. A hallmark is a permanent mark placed on a precious metal product that indicates which manufacturer is responsible for the conformity of the precious metal product. If the mark is missing, doubt the authenticity of the precious metal.

Gold plated jewelry is made using gold plating technology. Gold plating is a process where a coat of real gold is layered onto the surface of another base metal.

Gold plated jewelry is covered with 24k gold (yellow gold) and 18k gold (rose gold).

All jewelry can also be ordered in solid gold (585). Since the price of gold is currently at a record high, please write to me separately when you like to order gold jewelry. For a price inquiry from a goldsmith, I would need to know the shape, dimensions, and gold tone (yellow, rose, white) of the desired pendant.

One of the components of breast milk stone is epoxy resin. The biggest enemy of epoxy resin is UV radiation. In my work I use UV-resistant resin, which I have experience with since 2018. However all resins turns slightly yellowish over time.

This does not mean that the stone will take on the yellow color as a dandelion, but rather that over time it will develop a slightly yellowish hue, as if a thin layer of liquid honey had been applied.

If desired, the stone can be renewed in the future.

The durability of gold plated jewelry depends largely on the wear and care of the jewelry. From two years of feedback, I see that there are customers who wear the necklace every day, in every situation, and the jewelry is just as golden. But there are also customers who wear jewelry while exercising, sunbathing, in the sauna and their jewelry has lost its golden shine more quickly.

The ring is the jewelry that gets the most wear and tear when worn. The ring comes into contact with different materials when touched, receives impacts that we don't even notice, and is also constantly in close contact with the body (sweat). I recommend ordering the ring in silver or if possible in solid gold.

Jewelry can easily be re-plated, this process does not change the milk stone. All jewelry is made in Estonia, including the blanks and gold plating.

Every mother's milk stone comes in a different shade. Milk stone is made up of preserved breast milk, milk preservative powder and epoxy resin. The preservative powder itself is a white substance.

If you have very yellow milk, but you prefer whiter jewelry, let me know, and I can add white pigment with the tip of a toothpick to adjust the shade a little.

Milk stone is not all one shade, tiny pieces of milk also shine through, some more, some less. They can be seen in almost every picture I've posted on social media.

I recommend emptying your entire breast when sending me your milk. Otherwise I only receive your foremilk, which contains a lot of water, and all the color for the milk stone will come from preservative powder

If you write that you want a little glitter on side, you can also attach a file with drawing to show me where and how. What style of letter you would like, etc. Then there will be no disagreements. Even if you attach a file with drawing of where to place something, keep it mind that all jewelry is handmade and each piece will be slightly different.

If for some reason the piece you ordered does not meet your wishes upon receipt, the piece can be re-made but of course for an additional fee. Altering the piece of jewelry requires removing the milk stone, re-dehydrating the milk powder, pouring the milk stone, creating a design, and applying the final layer - essentially creating a new piece of jewelry.

If you have sent me your breast milk and/or supplements, you agree to start the production process of the order.

Jewelry created by PISI EHE OÜ is not subject to return. As the EU regulation states: the right of return does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products. Jewelry made from breast milk is custom-made because it is made from your breast milk.

The right of withdrawal provided for in subsection 1 of section 56 of this Act does not apply to a contract whose object is: 3) the delivery of a thing that has been made in accordance with the conditions specified by the consumer; [RT I, 31.12.2013, 1 - entry into force 13.06.2014].

Once I have received your shipment (applies only to breast milk), the preservation process will begin. Even if you decide that you do not want to order the jewelry, but your breast milk has been sent, you will be charged a service fee for preserving the breast milk (50eur). In this case, I will return the breast milk that belonged to you in the form of preserved powder.

You can cancel your order until I have received your shipment (breastmilk). If your shipment only contained hair, ashes, etc., then you can cancel the order and I will refund your extras (cost of postage).

Once I have received your shipment, the jewelry making process has begun and cancellation is no longer possible and the invoice is due.

If you have ordered jewelry according to your own drawing (special design) or wanted to change the size, then it is also not possible to cancel the order in this case.

Upon receipt of payment, I will place the order with the silversmith, who will begin making the blanks.

Silver oxidizes (a dark layer forms) when it comes into contact with salty air, chlorine, sulfur, moisture, cosmetics, perfume or household items. If you wear your jewelry, don't clean it and then store the jewelry in a box for several months, oxidation is quite likely.

Clean the jewelry with a soft cloth. Oxidized jewelry can also be cleaned with a silver cleaning cloth, but avoid excessive friction, especially milk stone.

Remove the jewelry before shower, swimming, sauna, sunbathing, exercising and going to bed.

Store the jewelry separately from other jewelry, in a dry and cool room.

A custom design is a piece of jewelry that is made exactly according to your drawing and measurements.

A heart that your child drew for you. A paw print of your beloved pet. Or some other cute idea that you come across somewhere.

Yes, I can create a jewelry for you even if you don't have breastmilk. In this case, I will color the background of the jewelry with epoxy resin paint and set the hair flocks into a jewelry design that you prefer.
